That's the move I was thinking of. After DS's first post I was wondering if I was doing this one wrong and maybe I should have my leg tucked up my back somewhere to support myself as I was dipped/dropped floorwards
I've never been taught it but do it anyway... (comments on that should go in another thread, thanks..)
