One thing I should have said is that if you try the wee exercise that works for me, it is
very important not to lock your knees - or you may damage them, leaning all the weight on one side.
I'm not sure its *all* in the knees - the movement may be, but if your hips won't 'flex' then the wiggle ain't going to happen.
