Help please someone!!
Lucia has just called me, she needs some computer help urgently.
She has lost her internet access this morning (Page not displayed etc..)
She's been told she should go to the Microsoft website and do a DUN component rebuild (whatever that is
).
She has no internet access though.
Is there anybody out there who could help her over the phone? Please PM me if you can and I'll pass on your number to her.
If she can't get back on-line by this afternoon she will go and buy a new PC! SO it's now or never if you think you can help.
Her current PC has a broken disc drive anyway, so she uses email to send her work from the office, so she can work from home for the rest of this week. Well that was her plan.
She has Tiscali broadband and she has windows XP.
