PC World do this sort of service -
PC Healthcheck. It's £70 if they have to come out to you, or £50 if you take the PC in (or there's a £99 version for 12 months' cover).

should fix your problem - of course, usual caveats apply.
Failing that, there's a PC shop in Finchley Central (on the High Street, around Long Lane area I think) that may also be able to help - may be cheaper too.
