| Ok, the third move was a push spin, and you do spin 360 degrees. The push from the men is supposed to be quite short and sweet - although some men were turning it into a turn by raising their arms.
I think the bit that you were confused on is the fact that Lorna was trying to teach the ment to push down when they are leading a push spin. This is simply so that they do not hit the woman in the face when trying to push her!
