And make sure you take a copy with you, when you leave the house!
Key-ring style USB Solid State Drives are now cheap enough and large enough, to become worthwhile backup devices for everday stuff such as emails and contacts. My outlook files are stored on my USB key, which in turn is copied to an external USB hard drive once a day.
