I'd thoroughly recommend going to a physio, I've had both dance & non dance related injuries & mine sorted me out each time with one visit & follow up exercises - & a little patience obviously! A physio will have massage, manipulation etc at their disposal, mine did reflexology too, so you won't limit yourself to just one type of treatment.
I've never been to a sports clinic, but would guess they'd operate on very similar principles & would expect them to have physios there... |
