I had never heard of this (I must be younger than I thought I was) until I read Terry Pratchett's Going Postal.

That book mentions and explains SWALK, along with mention but no explanation of LANCRE and KLATCH. The accompanying text suggests KLATCH may mean something a bit risque, but I'm too young and innocent to work it out.

So what do LANCRE and KLATCH mean? (I don't think you need to have read Discworld books to answer this.)
