I didn't know that

I simply thought, 'an' came before a vowel and 'a' came before a consonant.
So based on that..
A horrified flower = correct posh
An 'orrified flower = correct cockney

Seriously though, that article does make sense, as that's how we actually speak (not the cockney version, in my case though

)
