Jet Lag

Im not one that usually expereinces 'Jet lag' but seem to have it after just coming back from the USA. 8hr time difference

First question why is it worse going West to East ?

Second question whats the best cure for it apart from sleep

Someone said you should go to bed at a usual time when you get back , someone else said sleep as much as you want

Its been 48hrs now and i feel more tired then any weekender ive ever been to must be getting old
