Yeah but.... she would text like there is no tomorrow.... even when we were working on stuff together, she would be texting and tell me "it's ok, I can text and still focus on what we are doing"... so I would wait, until she finished texting, and then get on with the job she is paid to do.
She can pick up her messages and text's at the end of the day.
I am not a total monster

, she has a kid, who comes round to the office (my home), and the kid does take up a bit of time. This is fine, and we sometimes break away and spend time with the kid. This I am happy with... doing stuff outside of work, in work time, is not part of the deal.
