That seems to be the aerial of the moment - they used a version of that aerial in the last series of Dancing With the Stars in Australia, where the lady is lying on the guys shoulders rather than on his head.
It's a shame his pants were so baggy - he had some really groovy moves, and you can't really see his legwork all that well
