| You can't do that through the forum.
You need to edit the picture, and then re-post it.
If you right click on the filename of the picture, you'll have the option to Open with. Following that, if you're using a PC, you can open it with Microsoft Photo Editor.
When you're in that, under Image, there is the option to Resize.
