I don't have too much problems with returns, it's all the other bits that I find confusing !!
I do however find that some bits of moves work better traveling. And on some moves I have to move 'out of position' {reletive to the rest of the class} in order to be in the correct place to catch the lady for the next bit, but I think that most of the time it's because the lady is traveling on the turn.
I definetly agree that most moves are a lot harder to do when broken down and done slowly. Even done slowly in a class I still catch with the wrong hand.

BTW does anyone actually 'Lean' in freestyle when doing the Cattapult ?
