I think a lot of people found the 'Best first 10 posts' award difficult to nominate for - maybe it should be changed to 'best newcomer' and has to be awarded to someone who has joined the forum since the last BFG?

Also the 'biggest ****-up' was tricky - anything that means going back through pages and pages of threads isn't going to inspire people.

There are definitely a few from this thread that could be worthy additions/replacements...
