This has always got me wondering...what if say 7 people turn up dressed as Tiger, or A little yellow boy? Will we have to decide who we are going to dress up as beforehand so that there isn't a large number of forumites dressed as the same avatar?

Im just hopeless at organising myself... plus others who I know that are going didn't feel the need to include me in their plans so am left not knowing who is going, where they are staying, how they are getting there etc. so its either make my own way, or don't go...
