    Except I have 4 weeks off now - two weeks time off followed by two weeks of school holidays (will be in all day Monday to do the infant nativity and am going on the panto trip [oh yes I am! ] - that doesn't really count though does it! ). Got to do a couple of in-service days in the new year, but don't start properly (i.e. with children  ) until January 8th. Aaaaaaaaaah bliss! I need it though - haven't had a proper break since Easter, the kids are all hyper and my brain has turned to mince!

I have felt like I've using my leave sparingly this year (I think mainly because in the past I was used to jobs with flexible hours and needing a 1 day off here and there didn't have to eat into my annual allowance as it now does) but we get the whole Christmas week off. |
