Aches and pains on a dance weekend

Aye aye then i dont know what you all do for your aches and pains on a dance weekend, but my doctor has advised me to take 400mg Ibrubrofen and 2x 500mg of paracetamol to take off the edge of the aches and pains.

I have started taking these a couple of days before the weekend and will continue to take them for a couple of days after the weekend.

Oh by the way the dose i take is 4x a day.

This is no way me advising you to do the same.

This works for me but must be taken with food.

I also rub Ibrubrofen gel in any really painfull areas, as i find this works enormousley.

For tired aching feet rub in Ibrubrofen gel in them, its wonderfull.

Detox for 2 weeks beforehand so my insides are really 'clean'. Drink tons of water while there to flush out the toxins produced by dancing all night and eat as heathily as possible over the weekend. I hardly ever get pain if I do this.

on a dance weekend

I use Ibuprofen gel on my feet too, but can you use it if you are also taking Ibuprofen tablets?

well i do Lynn as long as you eat regularly and have something in your stomach it seems to be ok for me.

Ibuprofen aggrevates your tummy and causes excess acid production so food is essential to combat this..

I also use it on my knees as well.

Yep, know that about food. And the gel does seem to help sore feet.

I bought a new knee support today, probably will need to wear it after a while dancing.

I discovered that the most awesome thing for aches and pains, for me, is swimming. Like soaking your feet but for your whole body!
