Sugar Puffs!

I bought a box today, they have changed the packaging !!! And the appear to have shrunk the puffs!! And they taste more Honey-y!

What ever happen to Smacks? You can still get them in Spain! Why not here?

I love Bran Flakes ( esp the ones with the yogurty flakes).
I eat them with skimmed milk and fruit ( pineapple, peaches etc).
Really filling and stops the hunger pangs midmorning!
They are good at keeping you 'regular' if you get my drift!!!! LOL
