I'm not quite sure where to put this!

I got sent this Video a wee while ago and thought i'd post it on here as I think its horrible but amazing at the same time?

Luckily we don't need to be this flexible to do Ceroc! but i thought people on here would appreciate it!!!

It comes up with a picture of her in a crab position but it won't play!

Oh, it plays for me when I click on the word 'link' below the picture. Takes a few minutes to load.

I've tried and it just comes up with the lower part of the screen (play rewind etc etc)
