Well done Gunners

Although a Liverpool supporter I think congratulations in order for the Arsenal getting throgh to Champions League final, a great penalty save by Lehman in the last few minutes.

They haven't conceded in the competition fo 12 hours.

Anyone else think Villa Real were a bunch of cheats with their diving and fouling

Absolutely brilliant! Arsenal didn't play all that well but who cares! Fantastic for English footy! Weren't Villareal a bunch of cheats!

However im hoping Lehman doesn't perform that well if we (England) face them in the World Cup Finals!!!! (Are Scotland going??? )

Maybe they can all get their French and Argentinian football shirts back out of the cupboards and support them instead?

Port Vale and England fan.

Burge...

Weren't they just! I don't think a single cynical challenge was seen given by the ref either?

The penalty was a farce and a travesty would have occured if Lehman hadn't saved it (remarkably well, it has to be said).

What about the body check that took out Ljundburg's run?!?!?!?!??

Err, no! If they win the thing, Spurs wont be allowed to compete in next years Champions league, even if we finish on top of Arsenal in the premiership!

Proud Tottenham fan, well this year anyway

Re: Well done Gunners

I'm with you Manal, come on Barca, we don't want those Goons to win the damn thing if it means relegation of Tottenham to the UEFA cup, although my allegiances on the night will depend very much on the state of the Premiership table on the night of the CL final (May 17th).

Tottenham have been the 4th best side in the Premiership this season, and I'd have taken a UEFA spot at the start of the year, but now that CL qualification is so close and in our hands - it'd be a shame not to make it.

An ardent Lillywhites fan, whose even made it to The Lane a few times this year.

So, it won't be like this season where 4 teams went from Engerland, plus Liverpool were allowed to defend their Championship??

I SO hope they do win too - will make for a happier home life then if they don't

I didn't see all the match but I DID wear my Arsenal shirt ALL evening - just one of those things you do for love!
