Silly Questions? Sensible Answers!

I was listening to the radio yesterday and these questions came up

'Where does your lap go when you stand up?'
'Why do you have Eject buttons on remote controls if you have to get up and change the DVD/CD/Video/Tape?'

Are there any other silly questions people have and would like only sensible answers please, if there are any answers

Why when you go away on holiday (In the uk?) is the weather always better in the place that you left?

If you can't be bothered to click the url, it's cos of the height of the kitchen worktop and the period of rotation of falling bread.

Well, now that you mention it....

Say person A lives in Y and person B lives in Z. If person A goes on holiday to Z and person B, at the same time, goes on holiday to Y, the weather cannot simultaneously be better in Y and Z than in Z and Y.
