Where did August go ??
I want the month back again !!

I remember the heat of July and I guess there wasn’t the ‘heat wave’ in August

Looked at my watch and its September , it will be November the month after next !

It feels Autumnal nights are drawing in and soon we will be moaning about Christmas coming too early (oh we have done that already) ok Pumpkins and fire works will soon be upon us

I demand an extension to the summer

Who is with me to have two Augusts in a row we can skip ‘March’ who needs ‘March’

My youngest is starting back for his final year! I'm not sure what's worse

And he's just announced that his shoes don't fit, again, I only brought him a new pair about 2 weeks before they broke up!

I know, I was rather surprised last night driving home from a friends and it was dark at 9pm. It doesn't seem that long ago I was noticing it was dark at 10pm.

I quite like crisp autumn days, its the rest of the winter from November on that I'm not so keen on.

No, neither of you would miss out. March would be August too. Not only would you still have a birthday (and, sorry, wrinkles), you'd be able to have parties in nice hot weather in the garden Just think how nice that would be.

Now, is there anything we can do about November please?!

And yes, the year is going far too quickly. And I haven't done half the stuff I had planned to have done by now Unfortunately, every year seems to go faster and faster...

I should know I was "attached" to someone 19 years older than me a while.. (I mean she was ALWAYS 19 years older than me.. I was just with her for a while )

I've always had this soft spot for being a toy boy

and besides.. age is irrelevant these days. You're only as old as the man you feel.. and that goes for the ladies too
