I wanted to get a copy of some of these discussions, and found a reasonably easy way. At the bottom of each thread is a link to 'Show Printable Version'. This shows the thread, but hides a lot of the extra stuff you normally get on each page. You also get a link at the top of this 'printable' version to show to all the posts in a thread, and not just 15 on each page.

You can either print this page, or copy and paste this into Word.
