Now, call me grumpy, but 10 threads on a single weekender seems a bit, well, excessive. Can we keep to a single thread? That way, not only do non-weekender-people only have 1 thread to ignore, but weekender people know where all the essential (!) information is. What do people think?

On the whole I agree - though if someone has a spare ticket they are trying to get rid of, I think a thread is OK for that as the info would get buried in the main thread otherwise. And hopefully once it's been taken, the thread will die a natural death anyway. But I'd like to see you get this idea to work!! ![]() |

Rep Power: 2 Rep.: 203 ![]() ![]() | Re: Weekender threads... Ok, Grumpy. Seriously, looking at your list, you'd still get a few of them, even if the 'non-essential' ones were cut down on. And also seriously, why does it get your goat so much? Is it because you feel the forum is flooded, is it because you find it boring, is it because you're miffed that you couldn't go, is it the potential for cliquiness (that how you spell it??) which bothers you, is it all of the above... what is it exactly? Not that I'm nosy or anything. |

If you don't want to read them - don't it's not like anyone is forcing you to read them |
