search?

I logged in yesterday, 'viewed new posts', but never actually got a chance to read them; I tried searching for all posts "yesterday", but the search criteria only allows you to look for posts that contain a word/phrase (2 char min).

Any ideas how to do this (without going into each area and just looking?)

try this.

Go to Search page.

In the 'Search for Post From' box choose yesterday.
In the Search by Keyword type *e*

This should get you most of the posts from yesterday onwards.

Cheers - thought you had it cracked, but the results take so long, my server times out and dissconnects me (At least I assume that's what is happening since it was left running in the background for quarter of an hour with no change...)

Very odd... I tried it several times, with different letters and it worked in seconds everytime... Might be worth another go, maybe the server was under strain earlier.

...Nope... but I am on a fairly narrow ASDL pipe - have caught up the "long way" anyway, so it's a bit redundant :sorry: Thanks for trying it out.
