You forgot offering to make the whole office tea three times a day so as to practice spinning on the slippy lino while the kettle boils. If you're really good you always need to boil the kettle twice.......to get double practice time!

Ooops - ok - guess everyone's too busy spinnin' to do the game. Btw there's a new spinnin' course started in Marcos I went to last week which was great fun. You have to boil the kettle before you go out though
