Rubbish!

All Aberdeen persons required to check out the Debenhams window display please and then report back; they are, without a doubt, elasticated slippers!

Won't post the picture but will describe it.....

In the same room as the last piccy, with 3 other guys, (4 man room... don't ask me, it's a military thing... i think!!). I went for a shower, came out of the shower and hey presto... no towel. Had to run back into the room clutching my meat and two veg to be confronted by 3 laughing eejits and a camera.

Is quite funny but you'll never see it...........

........now, about pammy and boomer's dodgy photo's.........

James.......x

Don’t read this if you are a veggie

Bah Humbug
Bloody Christmas eve
Spent all day preparing the chicken for my traditional Christmas eve dinner
So to be authentic this year I get a fresh chicken, spent four hours plucking the dam thing – are those feathers glued in or what, resorted to a blow lamp in the end looks a bit like a blackbird now but nonetheless effective.
There I am covered in chicken feathers and the bl**dy dustmen knock on the door expecting a tip for spending all year tipping half the rubbish in my garden or leaving the bin in the wrong house,
Postman comes as I am paying the blackmailers, sorry bin men and gives me that ‘what about me’ look, he is a nice social soul and lets me see the mail for the whole street – no matter what number it has on it, it still seems to get posted thru my bl**dy door!

Back to the chicken – how the hell do you get the stuffing to stay in this foul creature, that smug little sod Jamie Oliver does not have this problem I bet.
It is now six hours since I started and it is finally ready, so I cover it in Brandy, well what’s left in the bottle, (it is amazing how much a full bottle of brandy evaporates in six hours [hic!].
Smear on the goose fat, put the baco foil over it [Baco Foil – now that would make a great shirt for Mr McGregor] and put in the oven.
Then pandemonium breaks out the little bugger jumps off the tray and starts running round the lounge leaving a trail of stuffing on the carpet – it didn’t say anything in the book about using a live chicken – how was I meant to know?

To make matters worse the bl**dy goose is making an awful row and bleeding all over the kitchen worktop
Bah Humbug
As for that Turkey I’ll give him gobble sodd*n gobble tomorrow

Come on guys nuf of the sickly crimble stuff what is bad/funny/sad about xmas [preferably in an amusing way]

Powerful Marguerita has oiled finger joints. Just about to prepare some fresh salmon fillet with dill, olive oil, lemon juice etc, washed down with a bit of bubbly and whatever else gets opened. Looks like not one morsel of turkey is likely to pass our lips this festive season. However, check out this website for some of the evil little buggers to shoot down.

See you next week LL

Happy New Year Pammy. Thanks for your card too. I didn't get to see Elf, but did go see LOTR Return of the King, which was magic! Look forward to seeing you soon!
