In 10 minutes, a hurricane releases more energy than all of the world's nuclear weapons combined. No it doesnt. The worlds nuclear weapons are mostly metal tubes in bunkers, what energy are they releasing ? On average, 100 people choke to death on ball-point pens every year. where ? that would probably be on the front of the paper !! people killed by pens ? what country is statistically more likely to have a high rate of fatal pen use...Finland ? Norway ? (mon would have told us) On average people fear spiders more than they do death. Spiders can be creepy and can possibly bite you, death will come to us all. Im more scared of siders too and i like them More people are scared of dying than are scared of death ill think youll find - which isnt the same thing at all .Ninety percent of New York City cabbies are recently arrived immigrants 95 percent of AMERICANS are recent immigrants - 400 years is pretty recent ![]() Thirty-five percent of the people who use personal ads for dating are already married. 60% of forum members stopped reading this thread 1/2 way through the first post ![]() Elephants are the only animals that can't jump. What about people with bad knees ? And Dolphins and Whales ..hard to jump without legs isnt it ? - It's possible to lead a cow upstairs ... but not downstairs. pull harder! It's physically impossible for you to lick your elbow. The lead singer of Bad Manners did on live tv didnt he ? remember him ? ![]() No word in the English language rhymes with "MONTH." or orange, silver or purple...apparantly - Go," is the shortest complete sentence in the English language. No. there are other two letters ones surley ? If Barbie were life-size, her measurements would be 39-23-33. She would stand seven feet, two inches tall. but she'd still be made out of plastic ! The cigarette lighter was invented before the match. The abacus was invented before the accountant. Ink was invented before inkjet printers. Tomato Ketchup was invented before chips. The Keyboard was invented before computers...er....the wooden stake was invented before Buffy .... Americans on average eat 18 acres of pizza every day. No wonder theres an obesity problem if they measure pizza by the acre!!! I find Fi is happy with a 12" most days. can you tell im bored ? ![]()
