Rep Power: 2 Rep.: 228  | How to save outlook emails onto external hard drive How can i save my outlook emails onto my external hard drive please??? I assume this can be done? Do i have to save them to a folder first? |

 Are you connected to an Exchange server (e.g. at work)? If you are then by default your message store is on the server and is not local, you have to configure yourself for remote/offline working and then you will get a local .pst file.Try right clicking and then 'Properties' at the top level of your mailbox tree (View | Navigation Pane), the properties in there will tell you where your .pst file is if you're using one. | |
