Reputation Total: 1516   | 1st move Waltz <li> 1st move, <li> back to strong 'frame', ballroom grip, <li> use L hand to lead down (slightly) & away while R hand pushes away, keeping frame, L leg steps forward, <li> smooth return to center, <li> smooth use L hand to lead down (slightly) & pull while R hand pulls, keeping frame, L leg steps back, <li> smooth return to center, ..., Variation: skip the return to center in the middle.
