Reputation Total: 1516   | Crossbow <li> 2H lead R infront as L is raised so lady is in half-nelson, straight L arm infront, <li> R forearm braced at 90º on lady's hip, R foot against lady's foot, (Freeze to ensure no rotation from entrance) <li> Lead with L arm and lunge left for lean (R leg straight L leg bent), <li> exit Variation: can be done either side Notes: make sure that forearm is in correct position to prevent lady from sliding away.
