<li> Start hands crossed, return to lady crucifix,
<li> Draw low C with L hand to wrap hand to lady's R hip (elbow below), at the same time draw mirror high C with R hand to above L shoulder (elbow above), sway left
<li> Take R hand forward and loop out and back to wrap at L shoulder (elbow above), sway with movement of hand,
<li> Take R hand out and loop to wrap at L hip (elbow above), sway with movement of hand,
<li> Take R hand out and loop back with elbow below, sway with movement of hand,
<li> continue rhythm of sway,
<li> exit
