What dances can you do?

This is totally unscientific – self-selecting sample of a biased sample – but let's see what happens anyway...

So...

What partner dances can you do?

You get to decide what "can do" means. Naturally, I've missed out your favourite dance form. It was just to annoy you.

Admittedly there's never been a poll (I don't think) before, but I think this topic has come up. Where're Gadget and MH when you need them?

It would be lovely to be able to see the results, so that when that great boogie woogie track comes on, that would just about kill any jive dancer, you'd know who to grab!

I've had a few lessons in Irish Dancing as one of the teachers at my school does classes with the older children and colleagues.

Just curious what is on Wednesday evening in Kentish Town. Something at the Expressions studio, or at a Church in Kentish Town, or something new. (The previous review you did of Chiswick in the North London Tango / Ballroom etc was very useful ).

The forum this poll is located in might be kind of self selecting - might be a bit more representative in a more general section.

Nope - I must be mistaken; these are the (other) closest threads I could find:

Why not Ballroom?

Thank you.

Anton du Beke teaches at Expressions studios on Wednesday's.
Beginners 7.30 to 8.30, intermediate 8.45 to 9.45.
£10 one class, £15 two classes.
Its a great feel good class, much less obessive technique than Chiswick, much more getting people moving round the room. I tend to just do intermediate, the ratios are pretty poor - varies between 3 to 1 and 2 to 1 girls to guys, I think its better in beginners.

Great floor, proper studio, near the tube, or street parking.

Hope that helps.

Occasionally he can't make it, Erin taught a couple of times - she's awesome, last week was another ballroom chap from Oz.
