I think her "pull-up" in her body ("straightens up to her full height") has something to do with previous dance training - ballet trains you to do this. Her foot movements are also similar to dance movement.
I've tried looking up online on her dance experience - but to date cannot find anything. I love how different her styling is compared to other WCS dancers.

Is it Cerocable by the great unwashable?

I would say no, for two reasons. Looking at classes most people seem to struggle unless the beat is marked out with a drum or another clearly percussive instrument. The second reason is that most people seem to struggle with slower songs, and this one sits at around 100bpm, as well as extending some beats out, especially between choruses.

Funny how Robert is the first person you see on that clip, with the competition coming up. As an addition that routine was celebrated as one of the best Swing routines at the US Open since the competition has been running.

This was one of the first WCS routines I ever saw. The one thing that struck me when I first started watching routines like this for real, and not on video, was the speed and accuracy that the Pro dancers have. How close and controlled they get to each other and stay balanced and set through their bodies.

Taking private tuition from them you realise how difficult alot of what they do is. Even very tiny things that I would have missed a while ago, you see and realise that it is very special what they do and what sets them apart from the rest of us. They are very aware of what there bodies and their muscles do. What the youTube snippets that we watch doesn't show is how it feels. Alot of the routines have to show that these patterns are leadable. A very sophisticated connection is needed for some of the things that you see. Even dancing a simple PushBreak feels alot different when dancing with one of the top WCS dancers.
