Moved this thread of conversation from the James Cronin one, as it's off-topic there.

Re: Tesco recommend Ceroc

Well they say you can get almost everything you need to live at Tesco's, from food to clothing to insurance, so maybe we'll be able to dance down the aisles there too?

Can't wait for them to start selling dance shoes...

There was a great Alan Coren quote on the News Quiz last year about Sainsburys being invented to keep the riff-raff out of Waitrose.

Might be right. Our local Sainsbury's car park is full of Porche and Merc 4x4s being driven by Man City/Utd WAGs and it seems like half the cast of Coronation St shop there ..... not sure if that puts Sainsbury's above or below Tescos.

Does that mean we'll have 'value' and 'finest' dances now? As well as a dancecard that allows us to collect points for workshops....

Brilliant, I love that clip. I thought I was the only one dancing with my trolley. I don't think I have been shopping in the last 3 years without doing this. Mandy disowns me, but it does draw some smiles at our local Waitrose. They probably would not understand at the lower supermarkets.

I live eqidistance between Tescos and Sainsburys and use both, but I definately prefer Sainsburys for food.

Just before Xmas they had identical special offers.

Perhaps we shpuld have a busk outside Harrods. Nice clientee.

Their foodhall is the greatest. If I was rich I'd have all my food delivered from Harrods.
