Thanks Gary - Casbah 9 Sept 2005

I was not in a good mood last night

Late leaving home

Delays Northern Line

Delays Picadilly Line

Cancelled all Westbound District Line

So change of plan - Casbah instead

The teacher: Gary Beautifully assisted by CeeCee

Very clear and amusing lessons. I learned a couple of intermediate moves that went straight in my black book last night

So an evening salvaged.

Thanks

Clive

Re: Thanks Gary - Casbah 9 Sept 2005

Forgot to mention.

Don't know if this is a regular occurrence at Casbah but ....

I heard the strange phrase,

"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, seven men on, please ! "

Oh, and the moving on was very efficient

So the horrible face you were pulling at that guy WASN'T because he was walking in the wrong direction?

IMO, the men were no better and no worse than the women at moving on. So there.

Well his method was more the "1, 2, 3, well hellooooooo, Ding Dong baby. Is this bald guy boring you? Talk to me."

Not that it bothered me, of course.

I much preferred my partners.
