If memory serves, you're reputed to use a very light lead. In the aforementioned example from DS, where you have a follower uses a lot of force, how do you respond? Or does this generally not happen when you're leading?
(and I'm really curious about what makes franchisees deserve their own qualifying 'even' in that statement...)
