    I think fueds are bad for the dancefloor, everybody makes mistakes.

    That move, from how you describe it, sounds a bit like a Cha-Cha move, combined with a bit of Lindy Hop.

    Perhaps it's not that she only dances "Official Ceroc Moves", but that she doesn't feel comfortable incorporating other dance styles into her Modern Jive?

    God knows what it was move wise Ducasi it seems to work well and I stick with it. It was never something I learnt in a lesson or elsewhere as far as I remember but still I feel it is not difficult to follow. To this end though perhaps I will start the thread "does the leader confuse you."

    As the lady in question isnt here to defend herself Ill respect her right to say at a ceroc venue I dance ceroc moves, give the girl a break maybe your invented moves frighten her ?

    I was there and to me it's a case of the expecting to be led by purely move monsters. Move, finite end. Move, finite etc. Not a make it up leader as it were.
