I'm curious as to how MJ teachers have got on if they have gone from being a Ceroc teacher to an "independent"... or for that matter the other way round. Regarding the legal/contract side of things as well as the teaching/dancing itself.
I thought this was going to be about the digital TV switchover...
I don't have inside knowledge, but from the way I understand it, almost all Ceroc teachers sign a fairly strict contract, which means that if they leave Ceroc, they're not allowed to teach "Modern Jive" for a set period of time (a year, I think) - there's possibly also geographical restrictions.
