judging by the current poll, almost 60% either gave it up, or want better perks, or want improvements or no way.
What is it that our taxis/ex taxis are made to feel this way?

On duty for our beginners from 2015 to 2145 on alternate class nights seems not too bad.

I think there's a natural lifespan for taxi dancers, most people get tired / bored of it after a while. Nothing wrong with that, it's just the way of things.
