They did seem to get full very quickly though - couldn't get a room when I tried to book.Originally Posted by Tiggerbabe

Love dance, will travel
Book me in, and this time I want to stay Sunday night as well.
Have to reiterate what others have said re organisation etc. spot on chaps. Ditto the lunch break idea, and double ditto the welcome/spot who's who drinks on the Friday evening - makes it more of a party and gets people into the swing of the weekend (no dance pun intented, but if you insist).
Franck and Sheena you is tops. but Franck - only one dance, and Sheena - not enough space
But May isn't that far away........................

Even though I live 10 minutes from the GUU, I'm going to have to get a room in the hotel next time to make sure I don't miss out on half of the fun!Originally Posted by Tiggerbabe

I've just posted a coda to my thoughts on the BFG on my blog...
And there's now a handy bit on the side-bar to navigate to other recent posts.

Well Hello all you lovely people,
Alex and I must have been the last of the crowd from the BFG to get back home.
We actually arrived home 3am Tuesday morning, after a looooooooooong wait in Glasgow
Airport.with a 4hr delay. We were absolutely shattered, today has been just a bluuuuur.
I know we should be in bed now,and that is where we are heading as soon as I have posted this.
Just have to add our complimentry comments to our most gracious Host and his accomplices,
I mean helpers! We had an absolutely FAB time, cant find a single fault. No really we had a
really great time and we are looking forward to the next one, which I beleive is in May next year!
Thanks again
Regards Lin and Alex

Thanks for the photos, Lory!
I looked like a rather squashed ice-cream by then, probably due to all the rib-crushing hugs I received, and also due to having to bend completely double to do under-arm turns while dancing with the ass!
Next year I shall have to make it for the entire weekend, not just the Saturday night party....

Sorry, but you were the cutest, cuddliest ice-cream cone that I had ever seen and couldn't help but give you lots of hugs The only thing about that is, that I don't actually know what your face looks like as I didn't see you after you changed Next timeOriginally Posted by Little Monkey
PICTURES!
I figured out how to resize my images! So I can now FINALLY start posting them! I really hope that they upload this time!
You'll need to give me a bit of time to get the rest as between resizing and posting it takes a while...the things I do for you people!
Can you all please identify yourselves as I don't know everyones names yet, but I do know most of you.

That's me in the first photo, with the bright shirt and my arm round Trampy (except he was too knackered to move into position). Behind me is my wife, a lurker by the forum name of Giddy Giraffe.Originally Posted by Jazz_Shoes (Ash)
