Oh well found out this was cancelled. Still going to the freestyle though of course but no demo.

I loved Marco's although I only managed the last half hour last Thursday, I was very impressed with the Salsa bar after.

Its a little far for one night even for me (4 hours)

Since I'm going to the Casbah (South Ken) on Friday night, it promises to be a pretty fun weekend.

* the music - don't know who's DJing but on each of the 4 occasions I have been to a NEOTS freestyle it's been similar
* the predatory ladies
* the lack of space until about 11.30

I'm looking forward to it as it's my 1 year freestyle anniversary - this time last year at the same venue was the first pure freestyle night I attended. Seems a lot longer ago than that

Stewart38- I've been to the xmas parties the past few years and a summerball at Askern, as it's 20 mins away from my Mum and Dad's home. I've always had an excellent time there- nice floor, very friendly. Hope you enjoy it if you go.

I'll be at JAG Jive's Freestyle on Saturday in Bookham Surrey playing some cool tunes in the S & B room whilst John Miller will be playing more cool tunes in the Main Hall. Almost sold out again, so should be fun! Hope to see lots of you there.

I'm planning to go to the Ceroc Central freestyle in Derby on Friday night.

The regular DJ from Thursday nights at Rugby, Chris, , is due to be there.

He plays some fab and varied music, and I'd recommend his music to people in the area (unless you only like the more repetitive modern dance/chart music, in which case you might be disappointed...).
