Inspired by the film I went to see tonight, I thought a thread like this might be a good way of gathering some quick movie summaries.
A couple of obvious examples could be -
The Matrix: Whoah
Waterworld: Glug
No need to stick to exactly one word (tonight's film frankly merits even less than that) but brevity counts.
Anyway - tonights film (drum roll):
Indiana Jones And The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull: Meh
Kill Bill - CRAP!
MODERATOR AT YOUR SERVICE
"If you're going to do something tonight, that you know you'll be sorry for in the morning, plan a lie in." Lorraine
Indiana Jones And The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull : out-of-this-world
(I hope compound words are allowed! )
Let your mind go and your body will follow. – Steve Martin, LA Story
Well no not really The word was "Inconceivable' however never said "Inconceivably" once during the film.. Inconceivably Good is two words and thereby defeats the purpose of having a one word review. So I used "Inconceivable" (and hinted at it's context with the 'ly good' suffix) follow?
Oooh have seen Cloverfield !! I forgot about that one.
Cloverfield : Gigantic?, or Shaky?, or even Head-Explodingly-Brilliant (using the Ducasi clause)
I think the Ducasi clause is a bit of a must for some films.
In Bruges: jet-black-hilarity
