Fri - Charity dance event - Maryhill Bowls Club, Glasgow.
I'm going straight after a work party tonight to that event, should be interesting as I'm aiming to do some WCS and jive there, despite never having travelled to the Maryhill area before
...me and the missus will be heading down to the Bonar Halls Dundee for a bit of a knees up!

So glad I went ... had mixed reports from other dancers who had seen them but I had a fabulous night and would def go and see them play again. Freya made it over which was amazing and had a really good giggle. Fletch - we said Hi to Ian from you!
Overall a great night.
Despite the rather small size of the venue and limited area of the 'dancefloor', it was a fun night, good atmosphere. A good sized crowd of salsa, cha cha, west coast swing people from Sterling and Glasgow. And I managed to squeeze in a couple of good old modern jive dances too

I'm looking forward to making it there, should be interesting as I'd not yet been to a LeRoc event
Loved it at Negracha's Tango last night.
Will definately be going again.
Great sound system and music, friendly people, many dances.
