Just back from Chilled Sunday at York.. thanx to tsh for the lift (again)
For the most part I have to say that I was really glad to be back dancing and Peter (Dr Chill) played a fantastic set all afternoon...
I have to say tho as well that because I haven't danced in a couple of weeks and have had other things going off, my confidence was at an all time low at a couple of points this afternoon
As always Peter provided an excellent afternoon ( and the leftover buns all made it home in one piece too which is good news
Signing off now to sleep.. hopefully I will be back on form soon and hope to see some of you guys around when i am less sleepy
Went to freestyle on Fri night and although still taking it easy and doing more chatting than dancing, I felt able to dance properly for first time since mid Nov.
It was great - I still needed to rest after a couple of dances but previously have felt like collasping in a heap after two tracks. I wasn't out of breath at any point and wasn't in pain the next day. Yay!!
