Rep Power: 3 Rep.: 705 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Weekend 13-15 April 2007: Midlands-ish I has going to suggest adding one or two to Spin Dryer's poll, but I just looked on uk-jive. There are a lot of freestyles in the Midlands this weekend within my usual radius of an hour & a half's drive from my house. So rather than asking moderators to add them all, I started a separate poll - hope this is OK?

Do I choose Northwich Spring Ball (lovely floor and fab DJ) but I don't have a ball gown (do I need one? Can I wear my mini skirt instead?) or Do I choose Nantwich? (has the floor improved since Christmas? Who is the DJ?) Which venue will have the most men? or shall I stay in and wash my hair? What a dilemma Daisy (An Undecided Little FLower) Last edited by Daisy Chain; 10th-April-2007 at 12:41 PM. |

On Sunday I'll be going to The Blue Room in Nottingham - informal, small numbers, good music, usually a lot of fun. Not sure about Friday - I may stay in ..

Rep Power: 2 Rep.: 195 ![]() | Re: Weekend 13-15 April 2007: Midlands-ish I've been looking forward to this weekend for a while. On Friday, we get to run the show at Biggleswade. Not only will I get to teach and DJ, but Rachel said she will be packing a broom so I can sweep the floor at the same time. Saturday night is the opening of the second room in Orpington. Sunday morning we have a workshop in Northampton followed by a trip to Berkhamstead. Can't wait |
