Have bought ingredients for chocolate and raspberry muffins...... 85% cocoa content, is that good enough for you guys?? Might have to make blueberry muffins, too, as I've still got lots of blueberries left in the freezer from last autumn. But if I do, then it's going to be either a carrot cake or an apple and cinnamon cake, not both! There's too many people baking as it is, and as we're not allowed to take cakes into the venue, they might not get eaten.....?

we are not allowed to take drink either but we would never do that would we guys.

PAH, they'll get eaten hunny. If all else fails we can organise a cake stand just outside LOL xxx

The one that used to have cake...... Honestly, three types of cake isn't enough for you?? Plus of course all of LemonCakes one gazillion cakes, and pmjd's cakes and truffles, and...... There's just no pleasing some people!

However, how could I ever say no to you, my favourite luxury-weekender-buddy??? Carrot cake it is, then! And blueberry muffins. And of course raspberry and dark chocolate muffins, otherwise Paul F might get upset, and I can't stand to see a grown man cry...

I am just too good to you guys.

Well if LM does the carrot cake, I'll do the apple & cinnamon. I've got two lemon cakes and two banana & walnut cakes frozen, will do another batch of lemon cakes, some non-nutty banana cake, the apple & cinnamon, chocolate brownies and gingerbread.

And something vegan (banana muffins?) although I won't have time to taste-test in advance so can't promise how good they'll be

Do vegan chocolate chips exist?

I'm sorry, but none of you can eat any cake at Blaze this time

All the cakes that can possibly be baked, and more, are urgently needed for Southport so just pop all those freshly baked cakes in the freezer for a few more weeks. Well, perhaps you could take just one to Blaze - but only if it is for testing purposes to ensure that the recipe is perfect for Southport.

Honestly, how can anyone miss all the cakes we always have at Southport??? Southport was a cake-fest long before the first Blaze, ya know!!

So far it'll be two marble cheesecakes, one fudge cake, maybe a cappucino cake and a shed load of truffles......have I missed anything?? Oh maybe do a choc orange cake
