To stop people being too anonymous, and to stop many multiple log-ons, Franck has made it so that people with free email accounts (hotmail, yahoo etc.) cannot automatically create forum accounts. To get onto the forum, you need to email Franck (hi@cerocscotland.com), and let him know who you are, and give him a username and password (I think that's all, he'll no doubt tell you if he needs more).
